T-LAB software is available for Windows OS only (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11).
MAC users interested in using T-LAB must have Microsoft Windows active on their computer.
All software licenses listed below allow you to access all functionalities of T-LAB.
The prices of licenses vary according to the following criteria:
a) Category of user (i.e. Commercial, Non-profit, Educational, Student)
b) Temporal duration (i.e. Permanent, Annual Subscription, Three-Years Subscription)
c) Type of installation (i.e. Single-User, Network)
All prices include maintenance.
The maintenance, for one year since the purchase, includes free upgrades of your version and customer support, accessible via e-mail, in areas like installation, product use and problem resolution.
Subscription licenses, which include maintenance until their expiration date, require an active connection to the internet which allows you to perform a ping test.
In the case of the three years subscription, the maintenance lasts 3 years and you will use always the latest version of the software.
You can order through our online shop and pay either by Paypal or by Bank Transfer.
When you'll be redirected to the PayPal site, you will also be allowed to pay via Credit Card without having to create a PayPal account.
Please note that, when paying by Bank Transfer, you have to cover all transaction fees.
If you wish, you can order through a reseller.
In all cases, according to the Italian law, VAT in not charged.

Each T-LAB single-user license is computer-based.
It allows you to install the software on one computer and for one user account only. For this purpose you will receive an activation key by email. If required, by using a special procedure, a ‘perpetual' license can be removed from the original computer and installed on another computer belonging to the same customer (see the EULA , i.e. the End User License Agreement).
Network licenses allow the installation of T-LAB on any number of computers while a specific server application (i.e. the T-LAB Realtime License Service) automatically maintains the number of concurrent users (i.e. the number of clients that use the application at the same time) to the maximum permitted by your license agreement (see Network Licenses).

Student subscriptions can only be purchased by verified students or PhD candidates. In order to prove that you are qualified to purchase the student subscription you will be asked to contact us by using your University email account (e.g. yourname@youruniversity.edu) and to send us a copy of your current student identification.
If a new version of the T-LAB is published, no free updates are available for student subscriptions.
